How refunds work at Condri.
Web subscriptions bought on condri.app have a 35-day refund window. That's long enough to give Condri a proper go. App Store and Google Play purchases follow the stores' own processes. Here's how each works.

Our "if it doesn't work, you don't pay" promise runs separately from this refund policy: complete the programme, and if your health anxiety hasn't improved, have a feedback call with us and we'll send you the money. It sits alongside the refund rights on this page and doesn't replace them.
How it works
Requesting a refund
Email us
Send your refund request to hello@condri.app. Include your User ID, which you can find in Settings inside the Condri app.
We check the purchase
We'll look up your account, check where you subscribed, and confirm whether it was a web quiz purchase or an app store purchase.
We reply with the next step
For eligible web subscriptions, we'll process the refund directly. For App Store or Google Play purchases, we'll help you find the right store route.

Good to know
- Web subscriptions bought on condri.app can be refunded within 35 days of purchase. That gives you time to properly give Condri a go.
- You can cancel any time to stop future charges; you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't refund partial subscription periods.
- If you're in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal on web purchases, which can be lost once you start using paid features. Your statutory rights aren't affected by anything on this page.
- The Condri Guarantee ("if it doesn't work, you don't pay") is a separate goodwill programme for web-quiz subscriptions, on top of these refund terms.
- Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple's own process. We can help you find the right page, but we can't issue an App Store refund ourselves.
- If you bought through Google Play, refunds follow Google Play's refund process.
