Data Policy for Condri

Last Updated: June 2026

This page explains how to download a copy of your data, how to delete your account, and what happens on our side when you do either. Both controls are inside the app, so you do not need to email us to use them.

Your Data Rights

You can view and download all personal information we hold about you. You can correct it if something is wrong. You can export your health entries as a CSV and take them anywhere. And you can delete your account and associated personal information, subject to the limited backup and legal retention rules described further down this page.

How to Download Your Data

Open the Condri app and tap the settings icon in the bottom navigation. Go to Manage Data, then tap Export CSV. The app saves a CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet application.

The export contains all your health entries (symptoms, feelings, check-ins), your exercise responses and journal entries, and the timestamps and metadata for each one.

Note that the CSV covers the health data stored locally in the app. If you want a complete export of everything tied to your account, including subscription records and account details, email us at hello@condri.app and we will prepare one for you.

How to Delete Your Account

There are two routes to the same button, both inside Settings. Open Account Details and scroll to the bottom, or open My Subscription and do the same. Tap Delete Account and the app walks you through a confirmation before anything is removed.

Before you confirm, there are a few things to be aware of.

Deletion is permanent. If there is any chance you will want your entries later, export them first, because we cannot recover them for you afterwards.

Deleting your Condri account does not cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription. Apple and Google manage those on their side, so cancel through your device’s store settings as well.

Once deleted, your account and personal information are removed from our active systems and cannot be restored through the app. We do keep secure, encrypted backups so we can recover from technical failures and security incidents, which means deleted personal information may persist in a backup until it expires or is overwritten. We never reach into backups for product work, analytics, or research. They exist purely for recovery.

What Data We Collect

The Privacy Policy has the full detail. In short, we collect your account information (name, email address, preferences), the health information you choose to record (symptoms, feelings, check-ins, exercise responses, journal entries), subscription and payment status (processed securely through RevenueCat and payment platforms), usage information about how you interact with the app, and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash reports.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to run and improve the app: providing the Services, personalising content, processing subscriptions and payments, communicating with you about your account, keeping things secure, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We also create anonymised and aggregated information for research, product development, safety monitoring, and improving Condri for everyone.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Anonymised Data for Research and Improvement

We may use information generated through your use of Condri, including health entries, exercise responses, check-ins, journal entries, and usage data, to create anonymised information and aggregated information.

Anonymised information does not have to be aggregated. Where effective anonymisation is possible, we may use non-aggregate anonymised information for research, analysis, product development, safety monitoring, and improving Condri for everyone. In practice this is how we learn what people find useful and where they get stuck.

The dividing line matters. If information can still reasonably be linked back to you, including by combining it with other information we hold separately, we treat it as personal information. Linkable data is never used as anonymous research data.

Genuinely anonymised and aggregated information no longer identifies you and cannot reasonably be linked back to you, so we may keep it (including non-aggregate anonymised information where appropriate) after your account is deleted.

Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. We host on secure, industry-standard infrastructure, and access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel. We also keep encrypted backups, because good stewardship means being able to recover from technical failures, security incidents, or accidental data loss.

Data Retention

While your account is active, we keep your data so the app can work. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements (some records must be kept for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons).

As noted above, deleted personal information may linger in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups expire or are overwritten. Backup copies serve continuity and recovery only. They are not used for ordinary app operation, product analytics, research, or marketing.

Contact Us
